Our Company

BOOTS Construction Company was founded in 2001 by Jim Boots who's philosophy of building from an "owner's perspective" provides the foundation for every decision at the company. We simply put ourselves in the shoes of our clients and perform our work with this in mind. We've found that taking ownership of our projects fosters our goal of developing long term relationships with our clients.

We pride ourselves on our client relationships many of which date back to 1993 when Jim founded Construction Corp of the Rockies (CCR) which was a wholly owned subsidiary of the Trammell Crow Company. Under Jim's leadership CCR grew into a successful business completing over $100MM in projects and in 2001 Jim negotiated the purchase of CCR and formed BOOTS Construction Company.

BOOTS Construction's professional team has established itself over the years as a leader in the execution of commercial construction projects in Colorado focusing on office, retail, restaurant, financial services and healthcare construction projects.
