This LEED Gold project was constructed on the top two floors of 1225 17th street in downtown Denver. Seamless technology, innovative design and enhanced wellness were the goals of CBRE in their new Workplace 360 concept. This project incorporated many new features including an in house bar with beer and wine on tap encouraging staff and client collaboration, hoteling space concept and state-of-the-art AV systems throughout.

Moye White LLP

Moye White, a repeat law firm client, establishing their 42,000 square foot first generation space on the 11th and 12th floors. As the first tenant to occupy the building, their new space features a grand spiral staircase with bent curved glazing, connecting the 11th-floor reception with the 12th-floor café. The design includes various sized conference rooms, mock trial setups, and all glass office fronts, creating an open, naturally lit environment. Built-in millwork packages feature casework, credenzas, bookshelves, and a freestanding reception desk. The project also showcases diverse ceiling types, such as acoustic baffles, 9wood linear, lay-in ceilings, and open-to-structure. Additionally, the project is MEP Cx commissioned, meeting today’s energy conservation codes.

One DTC is one of the premier Class A office properties in the Denver Tech Center and the transformation of the lobby is a beautiful masterpiece. Working with a symphony of finish materials in granites, wood and frosted glass, this occupied modernization included adding new electronic directory signage, remodeling staircases, and updating millwork elevator surrounds.

South Tabor Center Lobby Entrance

We created a new three story lobby entrance for the Tabor Center by demolishing the old ESPN Zone space. We added a new custom staircase, refurbished the escalator, added a new exterior revolving door and added some new unique finishes and features to the space.

In a 3 month span we demolished the old ESPN Zone space, constructed a 3-story internal stair, built a 2-stop elevator, a lift, skyfold partition, an exterior revolving door, state of the art GPON system throughout, library and multiple other unique features for this 41,000 sf education client.

Working directly for the doctor who owns this urgent care facility, we were hired to renovate an existing space into a patient examination and treatment facility. Our efforts to support the client included taking a leadership role in project coordination and working with both the lender and landlord to ensure a smooth uninterrupted process.

"We went with the least expensive bid, who just happened to be BOOTS Construction. Our good impression of BOOTS Construction started with the kick-off meeting and throughout the project issues were handled efficiently with no delay's to our schedule. When the suite was finished we did our walk through and created a punch list. The few items on the punch list were actually not from BOOTS Construction's work but rather from a previous build out of our space… like removing paint from window sills. BOOTS took care of these items; I was pleased to see BOOTS cares more about making their client happy instead of saying that was caused by someone else and not their responsibility. They are reasonably priced, do good work and run a tight ship."
