In efforts to increase their collaborative space, we constructed several small meeting rooms that feature a beautifully painted mountain scheme and custom privacy film and graphics.

BOOTS constructed Strava's space in an 1880s historic downtown Denver building on Wazee Street. In order to generate a more open layout and combine multiple suites into one, we created twelve new structural openings while also keeping in mind the shear wall requirements of this older building. Other highlights of the space include Turf acoustic ceiling baffles, open to structure work environments, custom film and graphics, stadium seating, plywood flooring, locker rooms, and a yoga studio.

Boston Consulting Group’s new Denver office features high-end millwork with floor to ceiling wood paneling and a Skyfold Operable Partition. To accommodate the tenant’s acoustical sound transfer standards, acoustical Genie Clips were installed between each office, acoustical wall panels and plaster installed on the ceiling, and a double glazed laminated architectural wall system with an STC of 45.
