| Project Engineer | Four year College degree in Engineering, Construction Management or Architectural related fields |
| Assistant Project Superintendent | Strong desire to learn with aptitude towards construction |
| Project Superintendent | Three years field experience as an Assistant or Project Superintendent on commercial construction projects |
| Project Manager | Five years experience as a Project Manager on similar commercial construction projects and meet Project Engineer requirements |
