BOOTS Construction completed a 17,400 SF first-generation office space for our repeat client, CAC Specialty, in the heart of Cherry Creek North. This thoughtfully designed workspace centers around custom wood bleacher seating that links the breakroom level with the main office area. The breakroom includes a golf simulator and open-to-deck ceilings, while the conference room is distinguished by a Woodworks ceiling and thin brick accents.
