Palazzo Verdi Lobby

Greenwood Village, CO

An impressive lobby renovation at the Palazzo Verdi building for Schnitzer West showcases a variety of high-end design elements. The renovation features a new moss wall and large tree centerpiece, bringing a natural, organic aesthetic to the space. Updated Italian tile flooring extends throughout. Custom millwork was used to introduce new planters, a sleek bar, and integrated bench seating, all with a modern, tailored finish. To create a division between the lobby and adjacent restaurant, a custom slated wood demising wall was installed, offering both separation and a sense of openness.

 

 

Denver Place Lobby

This lobby renovation project was completed for LBA Realty at Denver Place. The modernized lobby features a moss wall, specialty wood ceilings, custom millwork, and a variety of flexible seating options.

1800 Larimer Amenities

BOOTS recently completed capital improvements at 1800 Larimer, transforming its amenity spaces into a first-class experience. The tenant lounge offers a relaxing atmosphere, complemented by a completely renovated storefront with a new NanaWall and structural steel. The updated versatile training room accommodates up to 64 people, fully equipped with AV, custom millwork, and seating for large gatherings. For more intimate meetings, the luxe 24-person boardroom offers tech enabled features and acoustic panels for privacy. Additionally, the remodeled fitness center now features new equipment, and spa-like locker rooms.

 

 

 

1595 Wynkoop Street Lobby

This renovation included decommissioning EPA's security by demoing bullet proof glass to create a new building entrance and security desk.

One DTC Lobby and Common Areas

One DTC is one of the premier Class A office properties in the Denver Tech Center and the transformation of the lobby is a beautiful masterpiece. Working with a symphony of finish materials in granites, wood and frosted glass, this occupied modernization included adding new electronic directory signage, remodeling staircases, and updating millwork elevator surrounds.

US Bank Tower Lobby

This lobby remodel in downtown Denver included two new revolvers and updated high-end finishes.

1290 Broadway Lobby

This elegant main lobby and elevator remodel was completed in an occupied Class A downtown office tower. The finished work features custom light fixtures, high end millwork and granite flooring and was completed with minimal tenant disruption.

We were presented with a challenge that, if we could do it, would provide us with four points towards our goal of obtaining a LEED Gold designation. We were told these points were all but impossible to get. We turned to BOOTS to help us design and implement a construction project that would generate less than 5% waste going to a land fill. South Tabor Center Lobby Entrance

Denver, CO

We created a new three story lobby entrance for the Tabor Center by demolishing the old ESPN Zone space. We added a new custom staircase, refurbished the escalator, added a new exterior revolving door and added some new unique finishes and features to the space.
