City Center Market Place

Aurora, CO

Rehabilitating the exterior of this occupied 234,000 sf retail shopping center involved close coordination with the Gart Properties operations team and clear communication to tenants and patrons. BOOTS assessed the program and developed an achievable budget and logistics plan, which was then executed without a single tenant complaint during construction. Metal Canopies, standing seam metal roofing, new EIFS corner elements combine to modernize an existing property.

“I have worked with BOOTS Construction for many years and as an owner of real estate the #1 characteristic I look for in our vendor partners is trust. With BOOTS Construction I can always be confident that the job will be completed on schedule and within the budget they have provided.”

This multi-million dollar shopping center modernization involved adding a wide range of exterior components including a new structural tower element, bump outs, and new canopies. The exteriors were resurfaced in a combination of metal, tile and EIFS elements helping the center to appeal to an array of retail tenants for our long term client Gart Properties.

BMW Motorcycle Dealership

Aurora, CO

This multi-million dollar, 14,700 sf ground-up building required close coordination with BMW’s corporate offices to ensure their prototype requirements were being met. A sleek glass curtain wall daylights the main showroom which is overlooked by upper level offices perched on a mezzanine above.

"I want to express to you my sincere appreciation for all of your care and excellence in building our Denver office. Two new ground-up buildings were constructed on this site of an existing shopping center to increase leasable space and attract large national retailers. Maintaining safe and unencumbered vehicle and pedestrian through the site was an important client objective during construction while incorporating prototype specs from national retailers.

"BOOTS Construction is one of a few Contractor Partners we use across the US. This relationship allows us to negotiate our work directly with our Partner enabling us to speed the project to market while getting the best combination of quality and value possible. With BOOTS Construction I know I'm getting a quality team dedicated to the success of my project and the peace of mind knowing that the guy whose name is on the door is overseeing the entire process. As a national restaurant developer this relationship allows me to keep our resources lean and focus attention on other areas of the country. I know with BOOTS Construction on the project I'll be pleased with the end result; it's hard to put a price on that."

Lewis Roca Rothgerber Christie LLP

56,000 sf
Denver, CO

Taking space on the top three floors of the Tabor Center, one of Denver’s premier Class A office buildings, this client desired soothing, modern finishes for this complete gut and remodel. Working within an occupied building, each floor was demolished and then reconstructed in a multi-phase effort. Maple millwork, natural stone, and NanaWalls and an impressive new interior staircase highlight the work.

“Jim; I just wanted to drop you a short note to personally thank you for the outstanding effort shown by you and your team on the Rothgerber, Johnson & Lyons office renovation. Your enthusiasm and commitment to quality was well demonstrated in this multi-phase, complex project having detailed custom wood work and furniture, movable walls, stone work and an aggressive schedule. We were also aware of the challenges presented by the Tabor Center’s curved floor plan and uneven surfaces.

The skills, professionalism and responsiveness of the Boots Project Manager and Superintendents were truly impressive. They understood the unique confidentiality requirements of the law firm environment and made every effort to help us secure client files and minimize disruption. Our facilities manager, Teresa Wallace, was very comfortable working with your team.

It was also reassuring to see you personally on-site for supervision and quality control, and part of the weekly management meetings. Your efforts and the efforts of your team were an important part of the success of the entire project. Despite multiple parties and different interests involved, our firm felt as though WE were your client. I would be happy to share our positive experience with other professional services firms as needed. Thank you once again.”
