Located at 1401 Lawrence, telescoping walls, an inner-connecting stair seated on Italian Blue De Savoie stone, multi-dimensional ceilings and island waterfall elements combine for a sophisticated, flexible-use office environment. 

I am pleased to have worked with the BOOTS Construction team on the build-out of our new headquarters in downtown Denver. The BOOTS team was top notch from day one through completion and beyond. This legal office modernization includes a sleek reception station featuring a floating, loading corner. File storage is integrated as a back wall partitioning structure topped with a glass divider. Wall colors were chosen to enhance city views from the large conference room windows. Counter-height, glass-tops built into window framing elegantly maximize laydown surfaces in the conference room’s limited space.

Brilliant Earth

Brilliant Earth, a retailer of ethically-sourced fine jewelry, worked with BOOTS to build-out newly leased retail space in Denver’s high-end shopping district, Cherry Creek North. This exclusive, by-appointment- only space is designed to showcase the brilliance of the gemstone products in an intimate, client-focused setting. The BOOTS team worked closely with store designers and the client to optimize integrated casework and lighting. The design blends rich woods, ceramic tile, and clean lines to set a sophisticated tone.

WellBiz Brands, one of the largest health and wellness companies in the United States, commissioned BOOTS Construction to build-out 15,000 sf of brand-conscious office space as their new corporate headquarters. The clean, invigorating, open design is richly animated by the use of wood reclaimed from snow fences as wall cladding. Collaboration with the owner, the design team, and property management led to fluid decision making and seamless delivery.
