The space features a custom ceiling element constructed of reclaimed trailer decking and painted wood slates, graphic film and motivational words throughout the space, and operable windows for fresh air throughout the day.

After completing over 15 projects at the Catalyst HTI Building in Denver’s RiNo district, Boots completed UCHealth’s first generation space on the top floor! Features include an Opti-Myst Fireplace, demountable walls, and undulating wood ceiling clouds.

Brilliant Earth

Denver, CO

Brilliant Earth, a retailer of ethically-sourced fine jewelry, worked with BOOTS to build-out newly leased retail space in Denver’s high-end shopping district, Cherry Creek North. This exclusive, by-appointment- only space is designed to showcase the brilliance of the gemstone products in an intimate, client-focused setting. The BOOTS team worked closely with store designers and the client to optimize integrated casework and lighting. The design blends rich woods, ceramic tile, and clean lines to set a sophisticated tone.

Hyde Park Jewelers

This is the second time Boots has remodeled the Hyde Park Jewelers store in the Cherry Creek Mall. The sales area and storefront were completely transformed. The space is defined by their luxurious finishes and custom-made display cases.

Colorado Christian Academy Playground & Field

Englewood, CO

BOOTS removed a parking lot to make room for and build the school's new playground and field. This civil construction development included a new track, synthetic turf soccer field, playground with jungle gyms, sport courts, raised gardens, landscaping, and stand-alone storage sheds. The transformation of the adjacent parking lot consisted of new storm drain, relocation of other utilities, reconfiguring curb, gutter and sidewalks, importing over 15,000 cubic yards of material, constructing over 2,000 lf retaining wall features, and planting over 1,000 trees, bushes, and plants.

WellBiz Brands, one of the largest health and wellness companies in the United States, commissioned BOOTS Construction to build-out 15,000 sf of brand-conscious office space as their new corporate headquarters. The clean, invigorating, open design is richly animated by the use of wood reclaimed from snow fences as wall cladding. Collaboration with the owner, the design team, and property management led to fluid decision making and seamless delivery.

Vail Resorts, a leader in Colorado's hospitality industry, worked with BOOTS Construction to build-out a total of 10,000 sf of new corporate office space in their Broomfield offices. Phase I services were extended with a second negotiated contract to deliver a refreshed office environment enlivened with new finishes and tile work, glass-front offices and conference rooms. Adding a touch of whimsy, a repurposed gondola chair makes a cool quiet space celebrating the alpine experience at the brand's namesake mountain. 

“I just wanted to take a minute and let you know how pleased I have been with Boots, especially with the Superintendent. He has always been on our side even when it meant second guessing the architect. He has always been transparent when things haven’t gone our way and has gone above and beyond for me on many occasions. He owns his jobs and takes it upon himself to make sure everything is done right and well. I am going to miss working with him and do hope we get to do more work with Boots down the road.”
