When it comes to safety there can be no compromise. BOOTS strives to achieve a zero-incident performance on every project regardless of scope or complexity. Safe construction requires a dedication to clear and consistent job site communication and requires pre-planning of all work activities broken down into detailed segments.
Our Project Superintendents perform daily safety job walks and continual subcontractor safety meetings to ensure all parties are alert and immediately responsive to any unsafe conditions.
The BOOTS process includes establishing positive separation of work areas from occupied spaces and carefully evaluating each situation for potential hazards or unsafe practices. The result has been an outstanding safety record spanning the history of our firm with an EMR of just 0.82, which is better than the national average.
There is nothing more important to us than the safety or our employees, our subcontractors and every jobsite visitor.
“Hiring the right contractor and team was the #1 priority for the Metropoint Atrium renovation due to the unique design and difficult access requirements. Your Project Manager and Superintendent went the extra mile ensuring a safe worksite, solving constructability challenges, and fine tuning the finished product. This project is a one of a kind in Colorado and they organized and executed one of the finest installations of a highly complex design I have seen.”
