32,100 sf headquarters project for Healthpeak Properties in the books! Having relocated from California to Colorado, this REIT owns and develops healthcare real estate for life science, senior housing, and medical office tenants. Sleek, unique, and functional to the specific needs of the tenant only begins to describe this project. To accommodate the tenant’s acoustical sound transfer standards the scope features multiple ceiling types including Acoustibuilt ceilings, open to structure with K13 acoustical spray, and acoustical felt ceilings. Other highlights include a high-end millwork package with eight different wood species, floor to ceiling polished stone, and an architectural wall system. We are proud to have completed this project at the high end 50 FIFTY DTC building in the Denver Tech Center!

In order to generate a more open layout and combine multiple suites into one, we created twelve new structural openings while also keeping in mind the shear wall requirements of this older building. Other highlights of the space include Turf acoustic ceiling baffles, open to structure work environments, custom film and graphics, stadium seating, plywood flooring, locker rooms, and a yoga studio.

Boston Consulting Group’s new Denver office features high-end millwork with floor to ceiling wood paneling and a Skyfold Operable Partition. To accommodate the tenant’s acoustical sound transfer standards, acoustical Genie Clips were installed between each office, acoustical wall panels and plaster installed on the ceiling, and a double glazed laminated architectural wall system with an STC of 45.
