Computer software company, Alteryx, selected BOOTS to build-out their new Broomfield office. This multi-phase project took 16 weeks to complete. The space features open ceiling work areas and custom wall graphics.

With BOOTS Construction CoBiz Financial took advantage of early work permits to start their headquarters and 1st floor retail bank build-out well in advance of the base building completion. Located at 1401 Lawrence, telescoping walls, an inner-connecting stair seated on Italian Blue De Savoie stone, multi-dimensional ceilings and island waterfall elements combine for a sophisticated, flexible-use office environment. 

I am pleased to have worked with the BOOTS Construction team on the build-out of our new headquarters in downtown Denver. The BOOTS team was top notch from day one through completion and beyond. This LEED Gold project was constructed on the top two floors of 1225 17th street in downtown Denver. Seamless technology, innovative design and enhanced wellness were the goals of CBRE in their new Workplace 360 concept. This project incorporated many new features including an in house bar with beer and wine on tap encouraging staff and client collaboration, hoteling space concept and state-of-the-art AV systems throughout.

“It was a pleasure to work with BOOTS Construction throughout the WP360 Denver project. The onboarding to the LEED documentation and process was transparent and a true partnership towards a common goal. Open communication and consistent project updates from the field allowed for this project to exceed expectations in a comprehensive LEED construction credit documentation package. The project started as a Silver Certified space however we were able to achieve a USGBC Gold certification at the end. WellBiz Brands, one of the largest health and wellness companies in the United States, commissioned BOOTS Construction to build-out 15,000 sf of brand-conscious office space as their new corporate headquarters. The clean, invigorating, open design is richly animated by the use of wood reclaimed from snow fences as wall cladding. Collaboration with the owner, the design team, and property management led to fluid decision making and seamless delivery.
