32,100 sf headquarters project for Healthpeak Properties in the books! Having relocated from California to Colorado, this REIT owns and develops healthcare real estate for life science, senior housing, and medical office tenants. Sleek, unique, and functional to the specific needs of the tenant only begins to describe this project. To accommodate the tenant’s acoustical sound transfer standards the scope features multiple ceiling types including Acoustibuilt ceilings, open to structure with K13 acoustical spray, and acoustical felt ceilings. Other highlights include a high-end millwork package with eight different wood species, floor to ceiling polished stone, and an architectural wall system.
