Colorado Christian Academy Playground & Field

Englewood, CO

BOOTS removed a parking lot to make room for and build the school's new playground and field. This civil construction development included a new track, synthetic turf soccer field, playground with jungle gyms, sport courts, raised gardens, landscaping, and stand-alone storage sheds. The transformation of the adjacent parking lot consisted of new storm drain, relocation of other utilities, reconfiguring curb, gutter and sidewalks, importing over 15,000 cubic yards of material, constructing over 2,000 lf retaining wall features, and planting over 1,000 trees, bushes, and plants.

“The entire BOOTS team on the Colorado Christian Academy project has been simply amazing. Not only did they have a tight timeline to get a large, high-finish project done, they worked constantly with optimism and exceptional work ethic. When things went wrong, your team found solutions quickly or presented thoughtful options to us. I appreciate them all so much and this project and TCO for 160 students, 75 families, and 22 staff members that was achieved, certainly would not have been possible without the miracle they pulled off.”

1875 Lawrence Building Expansion

Denver, CO

Working within a fully occupied space, work on this $2.3M expansion involved shifting the primary lobby from one end of the building to the other. The existing storefront was pushed out 20 feet and extended two stories up with a structural expansion that included adding canopies and signage resulting in an increase in rentable space.

"BOOTS Construction did a fantastic job on our renovation project at 1875 Lawrence in Denver. Their team was very professional, extremely thorough and completed the project within budget. I couldn't have had a better team in place or a better experience."

Lilley Building

Littleton, CO

New and rehabilitated masonry and decorative architectural accents highlight this multi-million dollar historic restoration project. The historic upper-level brick façade was preserved through sandblasting while the ground level was completely rebuilt using new bricks. New metal canopies, awnings, retail storefronts, and lighting compliment the original punched windows and bring this mixed-use office/retail space to life.

“I have worked with BOOTS on various size projects from small tenant finish jobs up to large complete office building remodels and retail façade tear down remodels; BOOTS has always completed their projects on time and within budget. Their onsite Superintendents are very professional, capable and courteous. As the owner of the Lilley Building I couldn’t have chosen a better contractor and would highly recommend BOOTS Construction Company.”

Rehabilitating the exterior of this occupied 234,000 sf retail shopping center involved close coordination with the Gart Properties operations team and clear communication to tenants and patrons. BOOTS assessed the program and developed an achievable budget and logistics plan, which was then executed without a single tenant complaint during construction. Metal Canopies, standing seam metal roofing, new EIFS corner elements combine to modernize an existing property.

Two new ground-up buildings were constructed on this site of an existing shopping center to increase leasable space and attract large national retailers. Maintaining safe and unencumbered vehicle and pedestrian through the site was an important client objective during construction while incorporating prototype specs from national retailers.

"BOOTS Construction is one of a few Contractor Partners we use across the US. This relationship allows us to negotiate our work directly with our Partner enabling us to speed the project to market while getting the best combination of quality and value possible. With BOOTS Construction I know I'm getting a quality team dedicated to the success of my project and the peace of mind knowing that the guy whose name is on the door is overseeing the entire process.
