CBRE Denver Headquarters

29,025 sf
Denver, CO

This LEED Gold project was constructed on the top two floors of 1225 17th street in downtown Denver. Seamless technology, innovative design and enhanced wellness were the goals of CBRE in their new Workplace 360 concept. This project incorporated many new features including an in house bar with beer and wine on tap encouraging staff and client collaboration, hoteling space concept and state-of-the-art AV systems throughout.

“It was a pleasure to work with BOOTS Construction throughout the WP360 Denver project. The onboarding to the LEED documentation and process was transparent and a true partnership towards a common goal. Open communication and consistent project updates from the field allowed for this project to exceed expectations in a comprehensive LEED construction credit documentation package. The project started as a Silver Certified space however we were able to achieve a USGBC Gold certification at the end. I would recommend a partnership with BOOTS Construction for future LEED Commercial Interior projects!”

One DTC Lobby and Common Areas

Greenwood Village, CO

One DTC is one of the premier Class A office properties in the Denver Tech Center and the transformation of the lobby is a beautiful masterpiece. Working with a symphony of finish materials in granites, wood and frosted glass, this occupied modernization included adding new electronic directory signage, remodeling staircases, and updating millwork elevator surrounds.

"BOOTS Construction's accurate budget pricing protects the Landlord and puts the best possible deal in front of the tenant in order to get them signed up in our buildings. BOOTS is the number one interface between a new tenant and our management team and BOOTS always provides a product that is under their original budget, on time and with very minimal punchlist items. I always feel like I'm leaving the tenant in good hands with BOOTS."

1290 Broadway Lobby

Denver, CO

This elegant main lobby and elevator remodel was completed in an occupied Class A downtown office tower. The finished work features custom light fixtures, high end millwork and granite flooring and was completed with minimal tenant disruption.

“BOOTS Construction Company was an integral part of 1290 Broadway’s achieving LEED GOLD status. We were presented with a challenge that, if we could do it, would provide us with four points towards our goal of obtaining a LEED Gold designation. We were told these points were all but impossible to get. We turned to BOOTS to help us design and implement a construction project that would generate less than 5% waste going to a land fill. BOOTS delivered us a project on time and on budget with ZERO waste going to a landfill. Many thanks.”

Metro Point Lobby

Denver, CO

This intense lobby remodel was highlighted by the installation of a custom ceiling-mounted LED chandelier. A five-story scaffolding system was erected inside the atrium to individually install dozens of cables ranging from 8 to 50 feet in length. Other features included a concealed grid ceiling and Arktura custom scrim panels.

“Hiring the right contractor and team was the #1 priority for the Metropoint Atrium renovation due to the unique design and difficult access requirements. Your Project Manager and Superintendent went the extra mile ensuring a safe worksite, solving constructability challenges, and fine tuning the finished product. This project is a one of a kind in Colorado and they organized and executed one of the finest installations of a highly complex design I have seen”

1875 Lawrence Lobby

Denver, CO

Working within a fully occupied space, work on this multi-million dollar expansion involved shifting the primary lobby from one end of the building to the other. The existing storefront was pushed out 20 feet and extended two stories up with a structural expansion that included adding canopies and signage resulting in an increase in rentable space.

"BOOTS Construction did a fantastic job on our renovation project at 1875 Lawrence in Denver. Their team was very professional, extremely thorough and completed the project within budget. I couldn't have had a better team in place or a better experience."
