Moye White, a repeat law firm client, establishing their 42,000 square foot first generation space on the 11th and 12th floors. As the first tenant to occupy the building, their new space features a grand spiral staircase with bent curved glazing, connecting the 11th-floor reception with the 12th-floor café. The design includes various sized conference rooms, mock trial setups, and all glass office fronts, creating an open, naturally lit environment. Built-in millwork packages feature casework, credenzas, bookshelves, and a freestanding reception desk. The project also showcases diverse ceiling types, such as acoustic baffles, 9wood linear, lay-in ceilings, and open-to-structure. Additionally, the project is MEP Cx commissioned, meeting today’s energy conservation codes.
“Jim; I just did the walk through and the space looks fabulous. Your Project Manager and Superintendent did a great job getting this accomplished. It was a pleasure working with them and the Boots gang. Just thought I’d let you know!”
